Please provide request context and details, adding as much information as you can, including timelines. Also add what project it’s for in the ‘Labels’ field within the ticket.

Add the following information:

  • Platform (Android, AndroidTV, IOS, TvOS, Responsive web, Roku, WebTV)
  • Browser (if responsive web)
  • Steps to reproduce (if bug)
  • SDK Version
  • settingsUrl
  • videold
  • DIVA Back Office connector version (if applicable)
    • languageCode
    • userToken
    • sharedKey (mobile)
  • File specs - logs, screenshots, video to demonstrate issue (if bug)

Reason for priority (P1, P2, P3, P4) provided?
